May 22, 2009 - Thank you Nicklepickle. Yes it is a protected bay from the weather, with lots of colourful coral reefs and mild currents. Next month we plan to skin dive Penrith Island on the Great Barrier Reef

Jul 31, 2010 - Heyyy! that sounds great. You'll love the experience. Keep an eye out for the beautiful Blue Tiger butterflies, and the purple cowrie shells along the high tide line on the beach. The offshore corals are great to see if you go snorkelling, but make sure you wear a full 'stinger suit' before you go in the water. Stingers could be around in November. Hope you have a fantastic 'Adventure 60' on Scawfell.
